Amul isn't a generic chatbot. He knows your diagnosis, your medications, your diet and your history. Ask him anything — from "is biryani safe for me right now?" to "how do I explain my condition to my boss?"
Biryani can be tricky during a mild flare, Sasi. The spices and oil are the main concerns. I'd suggest asking for a plain rice version, or having a small portion with plain curd to offset it. How are your symptoms today?
What about idli and sambar?
Idli is one of the safest IBD foods — plain, easy to digest and gentle on the gut. Sambar in small amounts is usually fine. I'd keep the sambar mild and avoid the coconut chutney if you're in a flare. ✅
